Abrac.ai is a personalized learning platform that creates customized learning paths based on your knowledge gaps. The Service includes:

  • Conversational assessments to identify your learning needs
  • Personalized learning paths (Paths) tailored to your knowledge gaps
  • Curated learning resources (articles, videos, exercises)
  • Progress tracking and verification quizzes
  • Learning roadmap visualization

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

We offer a free plan with limited features, including a restricted number of learning paths. The specific limitations are detailed on our pricing page.

4.2 Paid Subscription

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at $14.99 per month
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will be charged in advance on a monthly basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the Service to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Abrac.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Third-Party Content

The Service may include links to third-party learning resources (articles, videos, etc.). We do not own or control these resources and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7.2 Learning Outcomes

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful learning resources, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results. Your success depends on various factors including your effort, dedication, and prior knowledge.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abrac.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Abrac.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Abrac.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
